By accessing the Coyote Motive AI website or using any of our services — including web design, automation workflows, AI tools, and consulting — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Coyote Motive AI provides website design, software development, AI-powered automation services, and consulting for home service contractors and small businesses. Our automation services include but are not limited to:
Each service is scoped, priced, and agreed to in writing before work begins. Using our contact form, chat, or booking a call does not create a client relationship — that happens when a project proposal is signed.
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you own all n8n workflows, Twilio configurations, Google Sheets dashboards, and custom code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, code patterns, and non-identifying workflow structures in future projects.
Our automation services rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to n8n, Twilio, OpenRouter, Google APIs, Stripe, and various home service FSM APIs. You are responsible for maintaining active accounts with these providers. We are not liable for outages, API changes, or pricing changes imposed by third-party providers.
Automation workflows process customer data (names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses) solely to execute the configured automations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored only in the systems you authorize (Google Sheets, your FSM, your CRM). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. AI processing of lead and job data is done through OpenRouter/Claude with zero-data-retention settings where available.
AI-generated content — including lead classifications, estimate drafts, and SMS replies — is reviewed and approved by a human before being sent to customers or acted upon. AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for final review and approval of all AI-generated content before use.
We target 99.5% uptime for hosted n8n workflows, excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages. Support requests are responded to within 1 business day. Emergency support (workflow-down situations) is responded to within 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Pacific).
Prices shown on the pricing page and automation services page are starting-point estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed on the first of each month and cover hosting, AI API costs, SMS credits, and maintenance. Late payments may result in workflow suspension after 14 days.
All fees are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You may cancel monthly services at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain all workflows and configurations built for you. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
The chat assistant on this site is AI-generated and may occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. It is provided for informational convenience only — it is not a quote, a contract, or professional advice. See our AI disclosure page for how we use AI across the site.
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Coyote Motive AI unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Client-owned code and workflows as described in Section 3.1 are the sole property of the client upon payment in full.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyote Motive AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of our website, services, or automation workflows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that automation workflows will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
