I'm based in Redmond, Washington, and I came into web development from sales — years in real estate and automotive before this. That background is exactly why I built this agency around home service businesses: I know what it's like to lose a deal because you were busy with the customer in front of you when the phone rang.

I use AI tools throughout the build process — for design exploration, copywriting drafts, and code — but every decision about what actually ships is mine. If a chatbot answers a question wrong or a page reads generic, that's on me to fix, not the tool.
